We offer our products mainly on a subscription basis π
We made this choice in order to plan our production and reduce our costs. Without it, we wouldn't be able to offer our current prices and we'd have to raise them a lot, which we want to avoid at all costs π
Our aim is to enable as many people as possible to reduce the use of single-use plastic. Offering higher prices would prevent many of you from taking part in this adventure. It really wouldn't be fair!
However, we know that subscribing can be scary, so we've done our best to make it as flexible as possible πͺ
You can change your next order date or delivery frequency at any time.
This means you'll never run out of your products, or conversely, never run out of refills π
You can also cancel your subscription a few days after your purchase, at no charge if you prefer π
But new, you can now order some of our products without a subscription! β‘
That way, if subscription isn't a system that works for you, you have this new option π
