Here's the procedure to follow if you want a refund: 

Please note that the products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, without any trace of wear and tear and in their original packaging (we prefer to be precise as any opened or damaged product will not be refunded). 🙏 

The return must then be sent at your own expense to the address below, indicating on a separate sheet of paper the number of the order concerned as well as your first and last name.
